I guess I was misled by the online photos. When we entered the hotel(?), my first impression was that the hotel was originally a motel with an added closed-in facade. The wallpaper around the 2nd floor balcony was loose. There was not enough lighting in the breakfast area to see the food easily.

The room was ok but we left for a while the day after we got there and while we were gone, they made the bed and refreshed the towels but they also rummaged through our things and stole 90-100 of our pain pills (hydrocodone). We should have called the police because that is a controlled substance. Not something we can just go get some more of.

Just ok.

common areas were dirty. TV were old and the channel changer remote were worn horibly. Direct TV so could not use my Netflix hulu membership. Cable is better. Food not kept hot and variety simple no biscuits and gravy.

The hotel lacks staffing. Only one person was available, never at the desk but sitting in the lounge area on a laptop. The room was for 5 people, only 3 towels, no bedding for one bed, and no telephone. When asked, the lady on the laptop went to get some sheets. She said there should be a phine near the beds and didn’t know why there wasn’t one. She told me I could use my cell phone and call the hotel if I needed something. Pool was not open and would not be opened. Breakfast was make your own waffle, one waffle maker available had a line of people waiting. There was cereal, eggs, sausage, and bread also available.

Stayed here June 2nd-June 3rd the pool was “closed” cause they needed to test the chemicals. The room was dirty. The pics are definitely not what that hotel is. Looks promising on the outside ! But not only that my husband went down to the lobby to ask something to the front desk it was 11pm at the latest . This lady was asleep , NOT behind the desk , covered in a blanket with a heater on. I can’t make this up.

The overall room was fine I did notice some ants let them know they said they could spray bleach I did not want that they offered to switch rooms we were all already settled for the evening we said we will let you know in the morning. My kid had a box on the other side of the room in front of the tv we woke up to hundreds of ants so my son went and got raid barrier spray and raid ant spray he did that and it took care of the issue I would rather have a ant than a bed bug any day ants we can control. The other thing I didn’t like was when I booked they said they had a pool when we got there it was closed the entire four days I was there my two kids were bored out there mind and wanted to really swim! I think they should have put on the site that the pool was down cause I would not have booked if I knew that, those two things was the two issues I had other than that it was good.
