Hey there, I just wanted to take a moment to share how amazing our stay was! The staff was simply fantastic. The two young ladies working during our visit truly went above and beyond for us. When we arrived, we quickly realized that the room we had booked would be a bit too snug for our five grandkids, whom we were meeting in person for the very first time. They are all under 8 months old, and my husband and I were so excited to finally hold, hug, and kiss them! So, I asked one of the lovely ladies at the front desk if it would be possible to upgrade our room to the studio king bed suite, and she sweetly made it happen at no extra charge! Receiving such kindness and professionalism really sets the tone for a wonderful trip. It’s moments like these that make us want to recommend your hotel and return every time we visit family in the area. My family and I will definitely be staying at your hotel moving forward, and we’ll be spreading the word to our family and friends—not for any deals or freebies, but because we truly appreciated the outstanding service and accommodations. A huge thank you to the Radisson staff (especially those two young ladies, Tori & zayneese) for going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay with enough space for our grandkids! This hotel has had the bare minimum done to keep it a three-star hotel, but it has presently lost its ability to be a four-star hotel. From the entrance, to the lobby, to the elevators, to my room, to the bathroom (with the terrible shower that wouldn’t drain- yuck!), and the room that was just clean, but only so.

Only came to sleep, but was a great experience for the less than 12 hours I was there. Bed was comfy, room was clean and I was able to close the black out curtains and sleep as long as I needed because checkout was 12pm!
