Booked a room for one night and when we went to check in, the front desk said that our card “didn’t go through” when I booked and they’d cancelled our reservation and they had no available rooms. We were never sent a cancellation or any kind of notification that there was an issue and payment wasn’t due until we stayed so this was very frustrating since we’d just driven six hours. Very poor communication.

Everytime I take a flight I stay here plus park My vehicle here and I've never had any problems with anyone bothering My car. The price for the room and parking is a very reasonable price. I'll be booking again for the next time..

No fridge and microwave...what?!

I got to my room and realized that there was no microwave or fridge... when i called the front desk i was told those things would be extra... wth... hmm.. you would think that every room had those things... heck i paid like $90 plus had to pay a $54 deposit.. should have frifge and microwave.. next time ill go to the laquinta..

The rooms were clean but had a musty smell. A tube of shampoo and a bar of soap were the only things provided. When the rooms were booked it said they had shuttle to the airport, it was not available the hour we needed ended up having to pay uber to get to the airport. At checkout was told the printer was broke and that I would be emailed a reciept never did recieve one.
