Property was beautiful and well appointed. Rooms were very comfortable. Rooftop patio was awesome! The host was very communicative and check-in/out was simple. When I booked I thought this was a duplex with shared rooftop, but it was actually the whole house with private rooftop patio. Lots of outdoor space for our dog (as well as Urban Dog Bar a short drive away!). Quick ubers to Broadway!

This was a lovely home and was absolutely perfect for my daughter's 21st birthday celebration. It was immaculate and had a very easy check in. Great Nashville getaway house

The house was very spacious and up to date. Very easy to travel downtown and around Nashville from. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all needed utensils and equipment. The only draw back was the ice maker didn't work, but there was a store around the corner we were able to buy ice at. The communication with the property management was great. Would highly recommend and would use again in the future.

COUPLE BUMPS IN THE ROAD

HOT WATER HEATER STOPPED WORKING THE NEXT MORNING, OWNER SENT SOMEONE OVER WITHIN AN HOUR, 9 WOMEN IN ONE HOUSE AND NO HOT WATER MADE FOR A ROUGH MORNING. NOT ENOUGH TOILET PAPER HAD TO GO OUT AND BUY SOME, ALSO HALF ROLL OF PAPER TOWELS HAD TO BUY MORE OF THOSE TOO.

We really enjoyed our stay. I would have liked to stay closer to downtown. I know that you are used to renting to a younger group. The stairs outside did not have handrails, which would have really helped 2 of our group. The rug in the living room was very slippery.Plenty of towels and beds were very comfortable.

We loved Nashville and the Rockin' Retreat!

My friends and I spent a long weekend in Nashville and really enjoyed staying at this home. It was clean and comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood was a quick Uber ride from all the Nashville attractions (we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a driver, which was also nice). Communication with the friendly host was also easy. Overall, it was a great experience and we all highly recommend this home for groups visiting Nashville.

Nashville for New Years!

We had a big group broken up between two houses. We had a blast. This nice home has lots of space that accommodated all of us and we enjoyed the rooftop fire pit. Great place to watch the fireworks.
