First the positive aspects, the townhouse is spacious and modern. We loved the location since we love to walk while traveling. The gulch is close. Management allowed us an early checkin which was fantastic. The pillows were amazing, a small detail but they were awesome. Two car garage! Box fans were provided in most rooms which is awesome to drown out noise. Unfortunately there are a few negative aspects. The townhouse was like an echo chamber, you could hear vehicles on the street in the bottom bedroom and any conversations on any floor. The 4th bedroom on the garage level doesnt have a bathroom nearby, you have to go to the main level and share the only bathroom on that level. The main level bathroom was connected to a bedroom and the living space. So it served 2 bedrooms and the main living space. The rooftop deck is run down and does not look like the photos, paint peeling from the deck boards, holes in the deck, and easy access to neighboring townhouses. The fourth bedroom is on the garage level, it felt more like a storage room, this room was the nosiest. Two of us shared the full bed bunk beds but any movement from either bed resulted in creaking sounds making it hard to sleep. Frying pans had burnt and crusted food on them, we only used soup pots to make breakfast. My shower curtain had mildew on it. I think their cleaning service might not be performing to their expectations.
