Simply comfortable and affordable

I have stayed here several times. Free parking, free laundry service (at the time) 24 hr. fitness room and coffee. Rooms was very spacious and staff was wonderful. The location is very easy to get to and close to everything in Brentwood. The price is excellent. I will stay here again when I am in the area.

My room smelled terrible and was dirty. Hair in the shower. Stains everywhere. A used coffee filter in the coffee pot. All the handles in bathroom are rusty because the vent doesn’t work.

Wow Nashville you really have impressed me after haven’t been here in over 10 years and a lot has changed the location was amazing super safe & friendly. When you’re in Nashville this is the place to stay.

This is the second time we chose sonesta simply suites and if I had remembered our first stay I would not have booked a second. The entire place needs an upgrade. chipped cabinets, musty carpets, rusted handles on the bathroom cabinets, AC fan that was noisy and ran non stop unless we turned off the AC...Also, access to the entire building is open 24/7. There is no need to swipe your room key to gain access, no matter what time of day OR NIGHT. Not the safest way to run a hotel. There were a lot of construction workers in the hotel - no big deal, but they dragged in dirt and mud on their shoes (I get it, they work in construction) The issue was that it wasn't cleaned up for two days. There were several times that I felt uncomfortable waiting for the elevator because of the people waiting for it as well, so I would take the stairs. The stairways were filthy, they smelled terrible, and the carpets were stained as if someone dragged a leaking trash bag through them. People leave their trash outside their doors so it can be picked up by staff, but the same trash sat outside a room on our floor for two days. Honestly we will not stay in a Sonesta Simply suites again. Staff (when they were actually at the front desk) were friendly.

We did even stay one night. The layout of the rooms were great but it was really dirty when we checked in. Good crumbs all over the table and floors. The bathroom had dirty stuff all over the floor. It was gross. I guess you get what you pay for. Should have known by the price but the reviews were good.

The front desk employees were all so so so nice and helpful. I will definitely be back! Lots of food places within walking distance. The gym and laundry room were both very nice. The laundry room is free. The room was so spacious and very clean. They had dish soap, sponges, hand lotion, body wash, hair wash, paper towels, dish towels, ice maker, etc. Honestly i have no complaints. This hotel probably the best ive ever stayed at!
