Staying at One Particular Harbour was worth it. Private beach, away from the cruise ship crowds, but access that side of the resort when we wanted was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. But then again, so was pretty much everyone we met - Bahamians take pride and value their island and visitors. We’re heading back at some point. And ask for Miguel as a taxi driver when heading back to the airport - good guy, and good conversation.

The property itself was beautiful, rooms were large, and all had an ocean view. AC was extremely cold and the interior of common area was clean.. I disliked that the staff was not too friendly; at times, they acted like they didn't want to be there. The pool area was not maintained; trash and towels were all over chairs and floors for long periods of time. Also, there was limited food on site, and most restaurants were closed. Once they get these issues fixed, they will have a 10+ score.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff is what will make us return! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Had a few issues with the room, some were resolved one was not, but it didn’t ruin the trip. Great stay!

Loved the hotel; didn’t like the cruise people coming in and taking over the water park area and wished there was a shuttle to take you to paradise island, otherwise it was $80 round trip for our family. Kids had a great time at the water park, rooms are so nice!
