Overpriced and very "nickel & dime" for everything even though it's a resort. Property is lovely,, decent location, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Food on property was mediocre with the exception of the steakhouse (of course) which was phenomenal... room service is terribly overpriced and both times we used it our otders were incorrect. Overall very nice but not worth the cost vs other resorts we've visited in general.

The entire hotel was full of fun, friendly staff and guests. The room was super clean and everything worked very well. We loved the views (even from the 3rd floor) we could see the cruise ships coming and going. The beach was clean, and the locals didn’t bother us too much.
