The resort was well maintained and family friendly. Local eateries were abundant and within walking distance. My only compliant is the rooftop bar was closed throughout my visit. I definitely would visit again.

What a great experience both on the island, safe, friendly and easy to get around from this location. We walked to rum distillery and chocolatier factory which are just straight up the road from this hotel. We also wanted to some Home Made culture and walked safely at night from this hotel to Fish Fry, 10 minutes away. The hotel is fabulous and did not need to leave, but we are adventurous and love to expore! HIGHLY RECOMEND MargaritaVille Hotel!! 5 Star Service & Pool/Beach areas!!

if you stay in a hotel there should be a microwave ! what happens to all the left overs you eat ! my room had no hot water for 2 days i was at the hotel 6 days ! the Staff look like they are not happy working at the resort . They all frowned or kept their heads down . The View is awesome though I was ready to go by the 3rd day due to all the stress .

I like the hotel in general however, the staff and the service was extremely slow and they were very rude and unfriendly. No matter where you went the weight was for over 30 minutes. The waiters and the staff were very rude not accommodating at all. I feel like everyone was out to rip you off in one way or another. If you’re traveling with kids and you’re looking for decent service, I would probably say avoid this resort.

I was extremely disappointed with my overall stay. The main door to the hotel did not work and you had to push it open every time entering the property. The check in process was slow and tedious. I did not have a hairdryer in the room and had to call 4 times to get it. We waited over an hour for it and missed my dinner reservation because of the delay. At the infinity pool there was a trough of water just below that was green and full of algae. My room door didn’t close on its own and I had to make sure it was closed and locked each time entering and leaving the room. Staff overall was not polite and didn’t seem to care about the guests. When I went to the front desk to speak with a manager or supervisor the front desk attendant said you can just tell me and I will relay the message. I am sure the message of my concerns were never given to anyone in charge. The ironing board in my room practically fell apart when I tried using it. The faucet in the bathroom sink leaked water and I had to keep towels on the counter and floor at all times to soak up the water. Overall a very disappointing stay.
