The overall property has gone down, staff at SLS was awful. They actually refused to give us towels for the pool or beach. When we spoke to management they were like too bad that’s just the way it is here..shocking bad service!

Definitely a Family Resort for all ages. Water Park is Amazing and hotel costs include entry fee. We were not prepared for the number of kids but should of since water park is included in hotel price. Our flight was delayed a day & hotel SLS was not accommodating to adding a day to our reservations although we were willing to pay for the extra day. Completely booked???? Really. We moved to Margarita Ville and just as Happy. Will not return to SLS.

The property is impressively beautiful. The ambience is great, and lively. The elevators are fast and best of all the facilities are mostly clean and the staff courteous and helpful. Thr meals were superb. I did not like the vanity faucet in the bathroom. It's too far away from the sink and spills water on the counter whenever it's turned on instead of falling straight into the sink.

Beautiful grounds and great pools. Front desk staff needs customer service training, not all but most were rude. Room bathrooms are poorly designed. "Oceanview" really means a pool view with small view of the ocean in the distance. Food is crazy expensive

An easy getaway only a few minutes from the airport with everything you need onsite. The water park is amazing, clean and not crowded. The beach is beautiful with clear, warm water. The food options are delicious. Great for families, couples and friends. Worth the cost!

This was our second time on this property as it doesn’t appear staff cares or has any urgency in anything since they know you are already staying there .. The privledge pool party was good again and our server there was great but other than that .. less than desired on this stay .
