The main pool was closed when we arrived. When we booked it said nothing about that. We observed small mold spots in the bathroom and some of the common areas. The cleaning lady threw away our souvenirs we bought for our family. We were notified by the investigator that she admitted to throwing it away because she thought it was trash. They reimbursed me $300 but the actual total was $470.

The resort is toooo big for running out of food! Over charging for curtain. Meals when it’s all inclusive! No swim up bar Drinks was terrible and housekeeping only came to the room ONCE! WiFi didn’t work when I stood in front of the hotel. Breakfast was nasty
