Staff was great! Food options were OK, they were as expected for similarly priced all-inclusives I’ve done. Lots of resort activities that I enjoyed. Quiet in room (10th floor) except some occasional noise since I was right outside elevator. Gym was closed, which I didn’t find out til I arrived. Pool was great. Overall a very good stay for what I wanted.

The rooms were very clean and had loads of natural light. The blackout curtains really kept out the morning light. The bar was accessible and well stocked. The buffet was good during all meals, but watch out for the random application of cinnamon. Chick Charlies had great snack food and as a Buffalonian, the wings were great! The steak restaurant was really nice and I wish we'd have taken advantage of the non-buffet places more. The staff was by far the most friendly and helpful that my wife and I had met so far. To say we felt pampered would be an understatement. We are already making plans to return next year. Definately worth the price.

Was not as described. The “water view” is terrible. It overlooks a construction area, very unpleasant to look at. The halls and rooms smells wet and musty. The beds smell extremely stall. The food is subpar and the drinks are weak. The Italian restaurant, that is part of the all-inclusive package, is a waste of time. The food is nasty and they can’t cook. The pool was kind of dirty. The location in general, sucks. There isn’t much to look at around the resort. You’ll have to leave the resort if you want to really enjoy yourself. It’s definitely not worth the money. The staff was great, clearly the best part of the resort.

The hotel is in desperate need of a re-fresh. The pool wasn't dirty, per say, but the view from the balcony highlighted the numerous paint repairs/imperfections. The pool towels were older, had strings hanging off them, and were scratchy. The food was your basic all-inclusive buffet, and the hostess wanted to be anywhere else than where she was, no smile the entire stay. The smell of weed was prevalent in and around the hotel. The hotel room was large and sparsely decorated, the bathroom was very small and awkward. The A/C was VERY noisy. The balcony offered a nice resting place; however, the balcony is very narrow. The proximity to Atlantis was very convenient and walkable, the shopping and dining there is what you would expect from a resort. Meghan at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

The property overall is older and bathrooms small and that certainly shows throughout the property. When arriving, no welcome drink was supplied and the wait for check in was incredibly long with only 2 of 3 desks in use even with a long line. Initial room had a shower that was not thoroughly cleaned. Upon notifying staff, there was a lot of delays, waiting and lack of urgency from the staff. Also when requesting a working in room iron that took an hour delay to get one. The walls are also very thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors. Housekeeping also is fairly slow with at times the room not being cleaned til late afternoon. Also when it comes to the wait staff, the highlight was definitely Nico who went above and beyond and was very attentive to our needs. The rest of the staff had no urgency and was slow and rude-when asking for more drinks or utensils it was met with asking for reasons and also returning dirty glasses for tea instead of fresh tea glass. Overall the customer service was not prompt or without attitude. When waiting for the shuttle to cabbage beach the quoted time came and went and when the driver finally came late he did not take us and the management staff had to get a member of the entertainment staff to take us after a 45+min delay. This was certainly not the experience I wanted as part of a vacation resort

This property was very nice for my first time visiting. I appreciate it the all inclusive; adults only vibe. The staff was very hospitable. The rooms were clean and modern to a Caribbean feel. The food and the drinks were very good at the pool and bar lounge. The only thing I would recommend the hotel works on better nightly entertainment as the hotel was full of guests and there was really nothing to do in the evening
