Paradise Point is your dream vacation home! This home provides amazing views of the sound and of the Gulf. Have kids? There is a whole floor for them! The bottom floor features a large living area, a bunk room that sleeps 16, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and 2 full bathrooms. Just 15ft off the bottom floor living area are steps to the water where you can take a dip, or just float around all day.
On the top floor you have 2 master suites that share a large balcony that is perfect for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The main living area has a half bath, large sectional, dining room table, as well as a pool table for family fun! The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances, soft close drawers, and granite counter tops. Off the main living area is a large balcony with plenty of outdoor seating for those amazing sunset views. Want a better view? Just off the main balcony and up the spiral staircase is the perfect place to enjoy a nice breeze and beautiful sunset. Bring your kayaks or paddleboards and make Paradise Point your next vacation destination. Guests have access to a 6 seater golf cart for an additional fee. This house won't last long. Family xmas vacation

This vacation was amazing! We were so very lucky to find this house. We spent a little time at the beach but overall enjoyed this so much better. There was plenty of shallow water for all our lil babes and deep water for everyone else.we so enjoyed sitting outside together and watching all the kids play. Would highly recommend for a large family! The amount of space and opportunity to get away from others or spend as much time as you like together. The house was large enough for all of us 4 generations

Perfect for large family

Plenty of sleeping space with a huge bunk room. Great for paddle boarding right off the back patio and a short gold cart ride to the beach. This property could use a little tlc but was a perfect fit for our family.

Our family loved the house. We brought kayaks and paddle board and the location on the bay was perfect for this . Short walk to beach access down the street. Beautiful views upstairs and downstairs and lots of deck space. Inside of house was fresh and new. The bedroom downstairs was really too small for a couple but the bunk room was huge! Would definitely rent again.

Super peaceful

Navarre beach is right outside the neighborhood street. It’s not busy at all, so it’s the perfect quiet vacation we were looking for. We can’t wait to come back in the Spring when our baby is a little older. Stores, restaurants and fun all in the same area without the crazy long waits. The water was super clear and warm. Make sure to get some strawberry icecream outside of Windjammers. Super yummy!
