NEVER staying at Sheridan again!!!

I will NEVER stay at a Sheridan hotel again. I only stayed there this past weekend because I was attending a tax lien event. After spending over $700 for a 3 day stay, then being forced to pay $17 each day to park you would think that they could at least provide/serve you complimentary breakfast. I went to the ice machine on 3 different occasions only to find the machine was empty. Saturday night I listened to kids run up & down the hallway for hours till I finally had enough & was “ding dong ditched” (kids banging on my door) after 1140pm I called the front desk to make them aware of the kids running up & down the hallway on my floor (2). Front desk clerk at check in was cordial & welcoming. At check out the front desk lady was nice.

Ada rooms bathroom was a bit hard to get wheelchair into. The bed is pretty close to the door. Npt much room for wheelchair to move around in the room. The floor out side the shower is a smooth finish marble. It is extremely slick when you step out of the shower. Have plenty of towels down or be able to get to your chair or walker in a couple steps. You will slip.

We stayed for one night for a medical visit to Faulkner Hospital. We arrived after 10 pm and check in was easy. We parked in one of the numerous handicap slots and walked right up the convenient ramp to the entrance. We needed medical ice paks frozen over night and the front desk person took care of it without question. In the morning we got them back easily. Sadly, we didnt have time for breakfast because the menu looked delicious and affordable. Maybe next time. Well be back, for sure.

Nice space over all. The lotion and soap in the room was Warm Oak which is fine if you are male but I was glad I had my own wash with me. Maybe an organic more neutral scent? The coffee at breakfast was terrible and not hot. The rest of buffet spread was good but good hot coffee in the morning makes a big difference! Appreciated my VIP recognition but there wasn't a pre made card avail and it was handwritten so other hotel staff thought I was just trying to get 20% myself.

Nice hotel near where you want to be.

The initial staff obviously were tired at checkin. The hotel itself is nice and Clean. Price point at restaurant comparable to eating nearby. My daughter got a newer shower glass door etc. Our room had the old school tub and curtain she stayed in 137 us in 133. Parking charge kinda ridiculous. This is not a urban area like NYC or Boston proper. First floor was quiet. Did have to ask for liquid soap when maid came. But we did feel safe and gas and food options nearby. I do think the price point was high. But the Coldplay concert was occuring. Every hotel went up. If we go in area again. We will stay here. Close to Boston and Gillette stadium.

We visited Babson, and the hotel is only 8 minutes away—very convenient and easy to get to. The hotel is large, with very spacious and clean rooms. It also has a beautiful and pleasant terrace. The pool area is great, as is the gym.
