Haven View Cottage with Views over Nelson Marina and Haven Estuary

Situated on a hill in a leafy, quiet heritage precinct on the city fringe, Haven View Cottage overlooks a historic street with views that encompass the Nelson Marina and spectacular Haven Estuary.

Convenience is good here with the city centre, Haven Road Cafe & Patisserie, Ruby's Coffee or Anchor Bar & Grill, or Styx on the waterfron all within walking distance. With a car or bicycle you'll, it's an easy trip to the beach, the river swimming spots & many other local attractions.

**Special conditions & notes**:

- No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.

> Steps - Access from the road to the house is via a steep outdoor stairway with handrail. This may be an issue for elderly guests or those with disabilities.

> Parking - Parking here is on-street, immediately below the property. The road is safe and quiet without through traffic.

> Garage - There is a small garage at street level. This isn't typically available to guests, but, by request, exceptions may be made for longer stays.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
