Bad experience

The place is just okay, but the staff has bad attitude towards guests. They are accomodative. They don't have guests irons and ironing boards

Pretty disappointed in this place.

I’ve travelled a lot and stayed at many places but this has to be the worst. There wasn’t even a kettle or station to make coffee which is a first. Also, waking up to someone sweeping right outside the door at like 7am is just not cool. I didn’t enjoy the stay and I definitely wouldn’t recommended.

Comfortable and spacious

Very impressed with the facility, booking was done on route and they received us within minutes. We booked a family room which was very specious only thing I would mentioned is the bathroom is not private within the room. Other than that would definitely recommend.

Inconvenience

The advertisement neglected to inform that the singlebed bedrooms didn't have en-suite bathrooms. We had to share the toilet and bathroom with 3 other rooms' occupants....There was no space in the cupboards for unpacking our clothes, even after I requested some space this wasn't attended to. I requested breakfast but the booking agent neglected to include that in the booking. The cleaning staff were very noisy and doors were slammed on Christmas morning! That was it, we decided cut our stay short, packed up and left.
