They advised about and arranged a hot air balloon ride and arranged transport from the airport. Air conditioning did not work well but they were on top of it. Offered us a fan.

Great location. Great views. Great room. If you have sensitive skin, you might have an issue with the sheets. Not sure if others experienced this but I had a reaction. I didn’t stay many days at the hotel so it wasn’t a big deal for me to raise an alarm. The staff was helpful but not to the standard of a 5 star hotel. Non issue for me but perhaps would be for those accustomed to a certain level of hospitality.

I really enjoyed my stay in Artemis Cave Suites - the hotel is well located within walking distance of the centre of Goreme, while having spectacular views across the region from its terrace (particularly at sunset). The rooms are air conditioned and they can also provide gluten free bread for breakfast if requested in advance. The hotel was also good at helping to arrange trips and guided tours to places within Cappadocia, and they are responsive on WhatsApp if you have any issues. Overall a great experience

The hotel is spectacular! The rooms carved into the rock are spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff’s courtesy is impeccable—they are attentive to every detail and consistently kind. The hotel is situated in an elevated area of Göreme, offering stunning views of the city and the hot air balloons from one of its many terraces. The breakfast is varied and features delicious traditional Turkish dishes. I have no negative remarks about this hotel.

From the check-in to check-out everything and everyone was great. Our first time in a cave hotel and have to say, really nice. Their breakfast is superb. We have the pleasure to work with Rose in the reception department and I'm short of words to thank her enough for everything she help us with. I highly recommend Artemis Cave Suites. Beautiful property in a great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a hot air balloon ride one day and a guided tour of Cappadocia for the next day. Price is somewhat high but you get what pay for. Definitely recommend the hamam and massage.

Best hotel ever!!

AMAZING! Best hotel, service, spa, and roof top restaurant! Had the most amazing time here for our holiday, the hotel was great at organizing activities and tours for us! The best Turkish Hammam experience ever at the spa and loved ending the night at the rooftop bar. The hotel dogs are also so cute! I would recommend Artimis to everyone! Hope to be back one day!

Perfect spot for viewing the balloons if weather allows! Just keep note they will Charge a fee of 30 liras each to go to the top for the iconic view. Place is well Kept clean but note that it’s hard to Find Ubers so I would suggest booking day tours to have someone show you around!
