Top notch hotel. Every member of the staff was courteous and friendly. Lobby was attractive, clean, well maintained. Hotel rooms were clean and constable. Very spacious! Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with essentials. Shirley services to the Kohl Center was so appreciated in the sub zero weather. Thank you for a perfect stay!

The hotel was nice and has a restaurant and bar serving excellent food. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No complaints there. My only complaint is that because this hotel is close to the sports arena the clientele of the hotel can be noisy and rowdy in the hall when coming home late at night. We were on the 3rd floor and it was quite noisy sometimes until 2:00 AM. Our friends were on a higher floor and did not experience this. I would stay again… but upgrade / request a room on a higher floor.

Doubletree downtown Madison was great! Friendly service. Yummy hot doubletree cookies for all three of us. Nice room. Great shower, bed, pillows. Easy check-in and check out. Super location. Good rate. Will definitely stay there again.
