Cool and funky place to stay

The hotel is really cool and in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was always cleaned really well. The hotel bar is awesome with a really great vibe and the lobby was also a nice place to hang out with the family. The only problem is there were no garbage cans in the lobby so we had to leave our trash on the table. We had a handicap room so it was a nice size and I have to say the water pressure in the hotel is fantastic. The bed was pretty comfortable more on the hard side, but they did not have a good range of pillows so I went to target and bought a three dollar soft pillow which I used for the three nights I was there. other than that it was a fabulous stay

I’ve traveled and stayed at multiple hotels and this place was by far the biggest disappointment. The junior suit we stayed in had wall paper peeling, damaged doors and furniture, horribly uncomfortable beds and very rude security staff. Me and my family were given another room after voicing our complaints but the replacement room was unacceptable as well with more damaged furniture, horrible beds and just not what you’d expect from a four star hotel in NYC.

The location next to Lincoln center is wonderful if you are attending their events! That's why we stay there. The rooms are spartan and in disrepair. The temperature in our room was comfortable only if we set the thermostat at 60 degrees (in January). One morning we had no hot water. The room next to us had a small dog that barked at just about everything.

Great location near Central Park, needs updating

Great location but hotel is run down. Our heater made so much noise we finally turned it off. The nightstand drawer would not stay closed. The shower was good, but the bathroom finishes were cheap and sloppy paint job & old fixtures. The beds were OK. The pillows were marginal and the wallpaper in the hallway is a little terrifying - some strange black prints in gold picture frames. Thousands of them! The hotel staff was very friendly and the location was excellent walking distance to Central Park.

The rooms are run down and need a renovation. Beds were horrible. So hard and very uncomfortable. We almost went down to lobby or mezzanine to sleep on the sofas. Location is perfect just wish the hotel was in better condition and beds were more comfortable. Felt like you were sleeping on wood!
