Staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn’t get the lady”s name at the front desk, but she helped us twice with the subway as we had never used it before and we were very grateful for that. The only negative thing and I would say is that there was strawberry ice cream in our fridge when we arrived from the previous guest

Hello! Now I understand why you have a 3-star rating for service and poor staff. From check-in, the staff's lack of knowledge of the rooms, the air conditioning not working, the safe without a battery that does not work, the lack of respect from the staff (male) who asked for towels and sheets and gave me keys to the room (June 6, 2025 12:30 am) and I told him I didn't need keys and he asked me why I stopped him, in a challenging and arrogant manner. I didn't understand and I asked him what he meant and he repeated why I stopped him when he was giving me the keys, in short, 0 knowledge of customer service. You don't deserve 3 stars, you are 1 star. By the way, they didn't bring me the towels. I paid $ 4,000 for 5 nights for a hotel that is not even worth $ 100.

For a 2 night solo trip, it was ok. The room and bed were very small, only enough room for one person, but was fine since I wasn’t in the room much. Nice location which lots of options. Staff was nice and helpful.

Lobby area nice and rooftop bar and pool really good. Hotel room itself was terrible big blind wouldn’t go up wasn’t attached to cord which made the room very dark even during the day. Wallpaper pealing off in certain areas and just felt dirty.

There was absolutely no amenities at this hotel. No coffee, the bar evidently hasn’t been used in the lobby since 2018. The restaurant on the rooftop is owned by a separate entity and was closed for an event two nights of our stay. The air conditioning in the first room that we were in didn’t work, we removed to a second room and the air-conditioning in that room didn’t work either. The shower in our room didn’t work, but that was repaired by a handyman, the lamp on the bedside table didn’t work and had to be replaced. It was a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel nor will we return to this hotel.

I liked almost every aspect of the hotel and my stay there. For the first two days of my stay, my card NEVER worked when I returned to my room. The staff would recharge it without comment and it would work for that moment. This happened to my roommate as well. After the fourth time, I asked the staff if they had any ideas and they told me the cards are sensitive and will deactivate if placed next to phones or credit cards. I started placing the card in a pocket by itself and the problem was solved. Some information at check-in would have been helpful.

It’s litterally a few steps from the Lincoln Centre. The bellmen are so kind and go out of their way to make up for the poor customer service in the rest of the hotel. The room is minuscule. It’s not properly ventilated and there’s no fan in the bathroom so beware. The “closet@ (which isn’t one) is too small to fit much. Not enough towels and to get some you have to find cleaning personnel in the hallway and ask for some. The room keycard works sporadically so we had to keep asking for another one.

Overall, I liked the hotel, but I did have some concerns. The temperature in my room was very hard to maintain a cool temperature. There were no fans in the bathroom so when drying my hair, it was very hot. And the bathroom size was really ridiculously small. You had to close the door just to be able to sit on the toilet. No ice machines on the floors so you had to call the front desk to have ice brought up to you each time. But the front desk did hand out free water bottles each day so that was nice. As far as the rooftop pool, the picture shown made the pool look much more sizable, but in actuality it felt like just a very large bathtub, so that was very disappointing. The rooftop Terrace was actually quite large with a bar and lots of tables and sofas not really being used, so perhaps the pool could have been made larger, there was plenty of space for that.
