I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property—unquestionably the worst I’ve stayed at to date. Many of the issues raised in other negative reviews proved accurate, including poor overall maintenance, malfunctioning air conditioning, and strong, unpleasant odors throughout the premises.
The first room we were given had a non-functioning AC unit, broken curtains (some obstructing the only airflow source), and an extremely uncomfortable pull-out sofa bed—so thin and worn it was essentially unusable for an adult. The flooring creaked loudly with every step, chairs were chipped, and the in-room phone produced constant static unless the cord was manipulated.
The replacement room we received after complaining was no better—the AC simply circulated warm air without cooling the space, and the noise level when it ran was incredibly disruptive. Given the unacceptable conditions, we ultimately requested a refund. Fortunately, we were only charged for part of the first night, and the rest was refunded through Expedia with the property's cooperation.
During our time at the hotel, I witnessed several other guests expressing similar frustrations at the front desk, ranging from leaks to complete lack of AC in sweltering heat. It was frustrating to see so many people experiencing the same level of discomfort, especially given the high cost of staying here.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will actively advise against it for future travelers to the area
