The breakfast wasn't great and neither was the breakfast staff. When i checked in i was not recognized as a VIP member and not offered my free beverages, i had to ask. Didn't see a hot tub or a spa but i wasn't told about any amenities either. Wifi was good stable. Relatively quiet location. I'd stay again

The man at the front desk did not tell us about breakfast times, or anything that we needed to know upon check-in. We asked housekeeping to provide service for the room twice and they came the day before we left. We stayed for 6 days. The rooms are very small. They had us use an old luggage cart that was hard to move. The people were not friendly except for one man that worked there. We did a non-refundable stay so we had to sta there.

I had lost my keys in the parking lot they fell off my trunk but since we had the key fob with us when we cranked it we didn't know till we got to the Carnival port that we didn't have keys but when I came back the attendant was holding the keys in his hands he knew I'd be back I appreciated that so much service was great

Overall staff was rude and I witnessed very hostile treatment towards 2 other guests in the breakfast room one morning. The room was average and we found long woman's hair in one of the "clean"bath towels and the shower sink had hair in the drain.
