Do not order the breakfast as it will be the worst $20 you ever spend, as it is a tray of odds and ends they leave in your fridge when you book in. The bread was stale, also I don’t tend to eat potato chips (also stale) and chocolate bars for breakfast. The towels had stains and the toilet was broken, which happens, but as another room could not be supplied we ended up fixing this ourselves.

Great location, but the night we were there the bathroom smelt like there was a septic issue (sewerage smell), and the bed linen was a bit off. It was clean, but pillows smelt like other people and the sheets could've done with replacing - they were not fresh and crisp

My favourite place to stay in Auckland

I always stay at Quest Ponsonby when I travel to Auckland. Great to have a room with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Comfy bed and couch. Has a supermarket around the corner. Great location close to town.

Such a nice apartment, and the staff were so helpful! And right in the action of Ponsonby. Also, Western Park across the street is one of the nicest city parks I’ve ever seen.

Because i only stay one night. I didn’t have time to look around the facility. But just in my room. It was very nice. It was all the space i needed. But there was are little black stain on the blanket. Didn’t bother me. The mirror is facing the wrong way i think lol.. Look forward to come back soon.

Good location yet hard to get into complex off busy ponsonby road. Parking expensive but is what it is. Room was nice yet stinky. Smelt like room was deep fried.

Great Place!

Excellent stay in the heart of Auckland! Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, cafes. Just a 15 minute drive to the beach and 20 minutes to Auckland airport! The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to store some of our luggage after checkout before we headed to the airport. Great place to stay!
