This room really needs some TLC. Needs a shower water barrier to keep bathroom floor safe. Needs new shades, they are tearing and difficult to use. Sheets on one bed had an open hand size hole in it. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. We got off a cruise before the 4 pm check in time. They held our luggage for us. So we could go see other things in New Orleans while they got our rooms ready. Rooms and lobby very clean. Breakfast was delicious

Breakfast was good but the fruit ran out before 8 thats what time we came down for Breakfast asked if they had more she said NO ok Thanks. The hotel was dated but seemed clean. Had no hot water for 2 days and was never offered to change rooms where there was hot water. Gave me Hilton points as compensation but that was worth only $60. Ended up getting sick. Front desk kept telling me to "run the water till it got warm enough" which it did not. Hate Liars !!!
