Bed too firm

It was an OK place to stay, but the major problem I had was the only thing is that the beds were too firm. I had to combine the sofa bed and the main bed for me to get any type of sleep.

All parking is valet, and there is an extra charge, but the guys are super nice and very helpful. It was actually worth it to be able to keep our vehicle safe.

Room was nice but when we went in we found the last guest’s dental retainer on the sink in the bathroom. And there were empty water bottles and other litter under the extra fold out bed. Otherwise the property was nice. The complementary breakfast was good and the staff was nice. It was also very close to the French Quarter and the stadium.

I really enjoy my stay here. All of the staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. The rooms was nice well cleaned and stocked. I loved the little welcome when I came into my hotel room my name was on the TV. Overall excellent service. I will definitely will book again.

Once inside, property is nice. A block and a half away is gas station where there appears to be drug activity and homeless hang out. Property is showing its age a bit, and my shower door was reverse of what it should have been: you could not turn on without getting wet.

Shower head needs to be replaced and door to my room sticks. I had to make sure door closed when I entered and exited the room. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and smelled nice.
