Staff were lovely, helpful, and respectable, breakfast options were plentiful, and the location is great. Walking with a cane to my room at the far end of floor 3 was difficult to get to, there were plenty of rooms that seemed open that were closer to the elevator, and it wasn’t on the same floor as my multitude of friends, as requested. Would stay here again.

The rooms is very clean. Taylor and Virginia was very accommodating and helpful, the valet was always looking to see if we needed anything And taking care of us and I was glad to see a continental breakfast. So good. The morning kitchen staff kept everything filled fresh and going

Everything was fine and as expected from a midrange hotel. Breakfast was a bit repetitive and the layout of the buffet was poor. Not important but easily improved upon. Staff were helpful. Room was quiet and dark. Very convenient for the French Quarter and city attractions but far enough away to be clear of the nightly mayhem.
