We checked in on Saturday December 13 at around 1:00PM. We had to do laundry and paid in cash for the laundry card to be loaded. During checkout they charged us for the laundry costs to the room after we paid cash and kept asking us who we gave the money too. After arguing for about 3 minutes the front desk person advised she was removing the charge for the laundry. After going home, we still were charged for the laundry on our card. PLEASE GET A RECEIPT WITH THIS HOTEL IF YOU PAY ANYTHING IN CASH. In addition we had no hot water for four days of our stay and couldn't take a shower! We will never stay again!! Horrible!

The hotel was nice with a nice vibe and breakfast was good selection (unseasoned). The hotel during night hours was quite noisy! There's a balcony in the middle of rooms so you are able to hear all the noise from people outside. People were hollering and screaming on that balcony past 3am. As well as loud guest in hallways past 3am.

7 day stay. Staff was very helpful when I had a medical problem and needed a health clinic and ER. Gave me a # for an honest taxi driver. Stowed my luggage and made me feel very well cared for in a health crisis. Front desk staff was wonderful. My 2nd visit to this hotel. Will be back!
