Staying at this place was a blast. Quiet, cute and quaint. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Walking distance from really amazing food. And the bar staff at the lobby bar make the stay even more amazing!

We were first assigned to a room in a building that we didn't even realize was part of the property. It was across a parking lot, away from the lovely courtyard and pool. If you want to stay in the nice part of the property, call ahead and discuss options. You'll pay more but it's worth it. I'm grateful we were able to change rooms but wish we'd understood ahead of time how the reservations work. I do believe we were assigned the first room due to booking through travelocity. Lesson learned.

Great stay in New Orleans

We loved our experience at this property. It was walking distance to everything that is New Orleans but a little bit off the beaten path so the street was nice and quiet. The service was excellent, the people were friendly, and the property itself gave you a feel of being in Old World Paris. The on-site restaurant, French Toast, was very good and is a must for breakfast. We would certainly stay there again.

This property is stunning!! The courtyard is perfect for relaxing with a book and a cup of coffee, there are lots of restaurants in the area, very close to the French Market and the Mississippi River, and the rooms are well-kept and comfortable.
