Rooms are not to expectations. Safety concerns! - bed frames are jutting out, easily someone can damage toes. Bathroom lacks garbage can. Difficult to sit as there are no support holders around toilet seat. Wetty floors always as the shower curtain is too short and water Splashes to the floor under the curtain.

- Meal voucher has to be given by staff on check-in. But we didn't get it.Every morning for breakfast we had to wait for restaurant staff to confirm our breakfast was paid.This was so embarrassing. -Visitors not allowed at any time to meet us or sit outside our rooms for a quick catchup. - Breakfast on website of Warwick states 6am and in reality, restaurant opens at 7am. - Room cleanliness around fridge area not so good. No microwave in room

Would not stay again: - The staff when we arrived acted like we were an inconvenience - I had to call twice to get the QR code delivered so we could order dinner, I had to go to the bar to order as you can't order through the app (even the Staff couldn't use it!) - The food was terrible, my daughter's pizza was so oily you could pour it off the pizza & apathy from cheese there was barely any of the other toppings as described - the drinks we ordered didn't come with our meal. I made 2 phone calls to chase them up & received a call from reception to check they'd arrived (they hadn't) who said they were on their way with them. After 2 hours we gave up expecting them. - upon check out I had to write an explanation as to why I wouldn't pay for the non arrival of the drinks

A great spot for a stopover or as a base to sightsee around Nadi. Very clean, lovely staff. Bed was a bit too firm for my tired body but I’d still return. Great pool and all day menu. The fish cooked in lolo is a must.
Well priced drinks with Fiji Bitter at $FJ9 and cocktails starting at $FJ19 plus lots of non alcoholic options.
The kids spent 4 solid hours in the pool enjoying the waterslide. Plenty of shaded areas in it too and ranged in depth from 1m to 1.7m
