The room was in good condition but the location of the room was very noisy. The cars by the window and train were loud, and the room from the entrance was right in front of the elevator with noisy and drunk ppl coming in and out all night. The front desk staff were very friendly. Overall, it was just ok for the single night we stayed.

The room was very clean and nicely appointed, a bit small, with no desk. I liked the fridge and microwave, useful. The wi-fi was slow but manageable. Overall a great experience, would book again, perhaps a larger room.

The location was great, within walking distance of everything including the French Quarter and downtown New Orleans. The staff was great, very helpful and welcoming. The room was also very clean and housekeeping was excellent when we needed toiletries! Will be returning!

Loved staying here. Clean, comfortable and quiet. A nice refuge of peacefulness. Old building with character but very clean and convenient. Fantastic location for attending conference at near big hotels. Really excellent, helpful staff. I forgot something in room after checkout and they notified me and helped me get it back. Highly recommended!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was super clean. They call taxis for you and storage your luggage if you need it. It’s right at the edge of French Quarter but good location everything is walkable would highly recommend
