The property had multiple courtyards which were quiet with beautiful landscaping. Great Place for morning coffee. It is a short walk or Streetcar Ride to the French Quarter or the World War II Museum.

Same as last time!!!

1–The television has no menu, guide, etc. Everything has to be done going channel to channel one by one or entering a channel number. Like before remote control—ALMOST!! 2–Why are the bed mattresses so high? 3–Very few parking spaces. And the parking space across the street on the corner, first thing you see as you enter is the sign saying you park at your own risk—no responsibility on hotel.

We loved the gated parking and it felt like a cute apartment complex rather than a stuffy hotel! It was safe and quiet! Perfect spot for our family!

the staff was not very helpful, I had cloths missing from where I put it to dry and no one could help me or give an explanation of what happen. I requested for the pillows and bed to be change early because of my daughter vomiting, it did not get done I had to look for some one that did half the job. the front desk never got back to me with any response for the questions and request. food was not great not worth me paying ahead of time. the parking they said they had security, I never saw one and I could have just park on the outside save me some money. I would not go back to this hotel. The bed was acceptable that is about it.

The furniture in the lobby is dirty and ragged and my floors weren’t cleaned in my room but the courtyard was beautiful, my kids loved the pool area and it was near the streetcar line

We only stayed for a quick weekend but would have loved to stay longer! The room and beds were comfortable, and the grounds/patio/pool were awesome! The staff members were fantastic here, all of them! I will 100% stay there again!

Really enjoyed my stay for Essence. Location was perfect, 5 min drive to the bourbon st or arena. Staff great, enjoyed my me time in the beautiful courtyard early mornings and late unbothered.
