I cant remember the womans name when I checked in, but I absolutely loved her. She was kind and friendly from check in until check out. The property was clean and we were comfortable. When we go to New Orleans again, this will definitely be where we stay no questions asked!

The non-slip mat that was provided for the shower was dirty or quite old & the wash cloths that were provided were not cleaned as well as the should've been. Additionally the shower door did not close properly, which caused water to get on the floor.

Great for a weekend stay

We were greeted and told about the hotels gym and lounge. Our room was very clean and comfortable and inna great location. I just wish there was a restaurant or room service and not just doordash as an offer. Its walking distance to Bourbon Street and other attractions but far enough away where its quiet and clean. Our room had a stove, microwave and kitchen. We will be back!
