Book about a month early and still did not get a high floor nor a clean room not to mention that we did not get the extra towels or pillows that we asked for. I had to buy and clean the room as much as possible and even with that I felt uncomfortable the rest of our stay. It was so much hair in the restroom and the refrigerator had spills that were never touched.
