Very nice rooftop area for lounging the room was very nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The lobby was nice, we was able to have drinks at the bar after coming back from dinner

We had a wonderful time here the staff very pleasant, friendly, informational, courteous our room is very clean. You may have to see some riffraff on the outside, but on the inside excellent.

Good location, pretty close to anything you want to do without being in the middle of a busy area. Floors in the room were very dirty. Food ran out at breakfast quickly and was not replenished.

Service was excellent. Check-in was fast and easy. The staff accommodated our exact request for adjoining rooms. Check out simple, and breakfast bar was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay there again myself.

Parking charges are 20$/day and property charges me 94.6$ for 2 days. Full fraud, careful. Gave us a room with plumbing issue and then moved us to from Spring Hill to Towne Place in same building. Also parking is one block away, overall not a great experience.

Rooms were nice. Hotel was convenient located. Continental Breakfast but could add some fresh fruit to it. Sometimes breakfast sandwiches in packages- not very appealing. Great location and rooms

The room was very spacious and well stocked with extra towels. The microwave and refrigerator was a bonus.Nice 14th floor bar and terrace. The location was perfect with the street cars and buses yet very walkable. It was convenient to I-10. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Not what expected

Hallways smelled of strong urine! Air-conditioning was faulty, no excuse for a city that is hot and humid. Had to request a service man on the second day there. Luckily they provided us with a new room. Pool was closed do to its water looking like gumbo soup. Customer service was great at understanding. Hotel needs better upkeep overall.
