Stayed here for st Patrick’s weekend. The staff were so pleasant and kind! Landed a little earlier than scheduled and thankfully we were able to check in early! I didn’t get the front desk girls name but she was so sweet gave us the best recommendations followed by a map and coupons! I was skeptical due to the other reviews but I’m so glad I booked here. French quarter is only a 10 min walk everything was clean and thankfully it’s close but also far enough that it’s quiet when you go to bed.

Front desk agents were pleasant and personable. Cute rooftop bar. I traveled for business and it was nice to experience a quiet night, despite it being a holiday weekend. The bed was super comfy and the details in the bathroom were unique and created a luxurious vibe.

The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of things. It's about a 10 minute walk from the French Quarter. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was very informative about the city and things to do.

No free breakfast and no free parking the parking is 40 a night while the surrounding hotels have parking that’s included. The breakfast and bar will close before it’s supposed to. For example if it’s supposed to close at 10 it may just close at 8 if they feel like it. The roof top was closed my whole trip due to someone being stabbed, It’s a nice hotel but due to lack of amenities and over accommodations as well as being charged for simple things at such an already expensive hotel I’ll never book here again.

Location is convenient even though the area is being worked on. Their restaurant is very limited but the rooftop bar is a beautiful view for an evening drink. The property is a tad old but it was very clean except for guest smoking marijuana in their smoke free rooms. The smoke just lingers in the corridor and even in your room. Told a staff member at the front desk. I would recommend the hotel. Our room was ready when we arrived to check in. Staff were all great especially Hunter the bartender and the nice lady who checked us in (didn’t get her name).

Great staff ,horrible stay

My tv in my room was broken. That’s was the first night. The second night the hotel had party that turn out in a life threatening situation.. guns was pulled out on us which they locked the hotel. we couldn’t even go back in our rooms for hours just sitting in the lobby.. I will return to this property
