This fabulous free standing townhouse is split over two levels and is located in a tourist hot spot in central New Plymouth. It is just a short stroll to Pukekura Park, Womad, Racecourse, Bowl of Brooklands, TSB Stadium, and many cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The property is the perfect place to base yourself while exploring New Plymouth's major attractions. The owners have created a great holiday space for you to enjoy with your family. Tucked nicely away at the rear of the property, this lovely quiet, light, bright, sunny holiday property awaits.



From mid-December until early February, Pukekura Park is transformed for the Festival of Lights. You can enjoy stunning lighting displays set among beautiful botanic gardens. Take a picnic down to The Hatchery lawn and listen to free live music most nights during this festival. A must-visit experience.
