The pool area/ hot tub was disgusting. The roof was leaking like rusty water onto our towels/ belongings. The pool water was barely heated and was freezing, alll of the pool chairs were gross. There was trash floating in the hot tub one day we were there and then the next morning the hot tub was shut down/ wasn’t working. The whole pool area was flooded as their drains were all backed up and which made the floor very slippery/ dangerous. A few adult almost slipped and fell just walking into the pool area. Also in our room it wasn’t the cleanest, found someone’s Benedryl pill on the floor next to the bed- luckily I found it and not on of my kids. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Our room was near the stairs and all we could hear, throughout the night was drunk people being loud. The shower dripped continuously as well. Other than that, the shuttle was great, especially Hakim, the driver.

Some details from my stay

There was a bunch of people in the hallways yelling and screaming very late into the night on Sunday, 2/16. The systems were down when I was trying to check-in so I'm thankful that I was able to stay in the Marriott Club, but then when I went to submit my paper copy of a payment authorization form, the person checking me in told me that there was a long line of people, but I had been standing there long before the line of people developed. Then, there was no service for the room and I had to call to ask for towels. The button to switch the water from the tub spigot to the shower head is in exactly the wrong spot so that you can't see it from where you are standing to turn on the water so I had to search for way too long before finding it. And on top of ALL of that...the whole reason I wanted to stay here was because of the hot tub and the hot tub was not hot at all. Those are just some details about my stay.

Is clean, the staff is no good, for the price you don’t have breakfast, I recommend but he there is more hotel less price with breakfasts and the staff is most friendly, they charge 200 bucks for miscellaneous that’s is crazy and you have to pay the parking for the price is to expensive
