The north wing was a long walk to the casino, not to mention that it is very confusing to fine your room. Very unhappy about that also the sports bar skimped on the alcohol I felt ripped off.

There was a lot of construction going on in the hotel, I paid $700 for a weekend stay, Just for my refrigerator in my room to not work the entire weekend. Was told I would get a new fridge in my room but never happened. On top of that they charge you all these resort fees for you to not even have a refrigerator. Unacceptable!

Best Hotel In Reno

The Peppermill is my favorite hotel to stay at in Reno. The property is large and has everything a gambler or non-gambler would want. Great food options, excellent sports book and poker room, multiple pools, tons of covered free parking, and more. My room was clean and had a great view of the pool below. I look forward to returning.
