The dirt, stains, holes in the ground and horrific neighbourhood in which this hotel was located were the highlights of this hotel. Music was blasting until 4 am and the staff only laughed at us when we asked them to contact the room or do something about it. They refused to let us change rooms. We got a contract high from all the weed in the air. The manager is never available. Here are a few pictures from our room so you can know what to expect. Run, don’t walk from this horrific hotel.

Miserable employees. Received an automatic text asking if we needed anything and I asked for some items that were supposed to be in the room and never received a response or the items requested. Room was dirty and disgusting. Garbage in the sheets along with a sticky substance on the dresser. Windows were difficult to close and lock.

At first glance the neighborhood at night looks very unsafe. I watched a female walk from around the building in a bikini and heels. The floor was wet in the bathroom. The A/c unit didn’t run any heat. The light/ electrical outlets on the right side of the bed didn’t work. Soap dispenser was missing in the bathroom, but soap was provided. Bed squeaked and moved.

That place was not what it looked like in Expedia. The place smells, the sheets were stained and dirty. Glove found in the closet. There was mold all over the bathroom, called customer service there was no answer… I checked in at 3 ish in the morning and checked out at 9 AM . I couldn’t do it! They need to do better
