This was our first time staying here, and we chose this hotel for one night so we could be close to New York City during Christmas and attend the Rockettes show with our family. The hotel employees were extremely friendly and welcoming. We chose a room that accommodated five people, and it was more than comfortable for our one-night stay—everything we needed was provided. This hotel will definitely be our choice again in the future. The room even included a microwave and a small freezer, which was very convenient. The hotel offered free coffee and tea at all times, as well as a complimentary breakfast. I accidentally forgot a small bag, and the staff called me to let me know, such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Thank you to everyone! The Christmas decorations were beautiful, and even though it was snowing on our way out, it made the experience feel even more magical. We also visited the nearby restaurant, Lorenzo’s, which was very nice and had a great piano music atmosphere, perfect for a weekend outing. Highly recommended!

Overall, the Hampton Inn offers a clean and comfortable stay with great food and well-maintained rooms. The staff does a good job keeping the property inviting, and the beds were comfortable. However, the fire alarm went off multiple times throughout the early morning hours, which made it very noisy and disrupted sleep. The location is also quite isolated, making transportation difficult to find and often expensive. Despite these issues, the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable once settled in.
