Overall the hotel was beautiful. But the room was pretty worn. A lot of broken things in the room. The fridge was not cold, the toilet paper holder was broke. The water was Luke warm in the shower. The he noise level from outside was pretty high. When we arrived there was an issue with our bill. There was a large discrepancy between what hotels.com gave me and what they were charging. The woman at the desk was rude and cocky. After some arguing with her we started dealing with the manger and John another CSR. They were very helpful and kind.

Clean room, comfy beds, great location near subway stations, and the staff held our bags for early/late flights out. I do think the price was steep for what we experienced, but staying on a weekend in december is bound to be pricey. I would stay again!

First of all, our room type was not honoured per reservation (loft) due to availability issues. Secondly, our room had a strong smokey smell despite reserving for a non-smoking room. While front desk staff were helpful the manager was rude to us for demanding a different room due to the price difference. Overall it was a subpar experience for my partner and I, which was disappointing.
