It was comfortable and quiet, parking on site, wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. The breakfast room was a little overcrowded. Minor repairs needed, that they noted and put in work order right aaay.

An ok hotel with no ice machine, no tea bags

Hotel is very basic. There is no tea bags or artifical sweetner in the room, only a coffee machine. There is no ice machine in the hotel. Very basic lobby. Lobby needs dusting over the alarm bells. Was told I could not take any good or drinks from the dining facility serving breakfast up to the room, for my disabled sick partner who was in bed. Not a good experiencd.

VIP access. The room wasn’t ready still at 4:30 pm. When I did get my room- moments later the ac cover fell off loudly- into the room- The breakfast room was so crowded there was no room to sit let alone get food- so this amenity was void. Real bummer of an experience.

The hotel was very clean and the service was great. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. However the pillows, bed linens and towels all need to be replaced.

We had a puddle of water in our room. When we called to notify it seemed as though they were aware. The room smelled. The manager was extremely rude. I don’t recommend and would not stay again.

We got rob !

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. Some of our belongings were stolen — including my friend’s perfume and sunglasses, and a few of my makeup products. We’re really disappointed and shaken by this. It’s frustrating to have your personal items taken, especially when you’re just trying to enjoy your stay.

Red hook and concert

Everything was great except it smells strong of the exterminator but I suppose that's better than roaches. I would definitely come back. Best free breakfast I've had. Lots of choices.
