The room was dirty. The sofa bed cushions are filthy and there were crumbs under the cushions on top of the bed. I took pictures and told front desk. I was ask to submit my pictures by email for documentation but I was not offered a resolution. I in turn ask what are you going to do about it and he ask was I using the sofa bed and I said yes my daughter is. He switched us to another room close to midnight. The sofas need a thorough cleaning the cushions have stains on them. We stayed here back in 2022 and this hotel was super clean and really nice. Things have changed here. We will not stay in this hotel again.

Room was in good condition. There was no tea bags only coffee. Not everyone drink coffee. The person who checked me in at the front desk was not very courteous when I asked about getting a room on the same floor as my colleague instead of saying "the rooms are preassigned and the hotel was full" she was snobbish.

I asked for water bottles, as most hotel it’s free of charge and should be daily refill, they said sorry we can’t give you but there’s water for purchase, bathroom door broken and doesn’t lock. Overall location is ideal but hotel service below average
