I had a great stay overall—the room was comfortable, the staff was pleasant, and the property itself was well‑kept. The only downside was the location. It felt very isolated, with nothing nearby within walking distance, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. Another issue was breakfast. Although it was advertised as being available until 10 a.m., I consistently arrived around 9 a.m. to find that most of the food was already gone. It was disappointing, especially since breakfast was one of the amenities I was looking forward to. Despite these concerns, the stay itself was enjoyable. With improvements to breakfast service and clearer expectations about the location, this could easily be an excellent place to stay.

The resort was well kept, cozy with helpful staff that made us feel at home despite the language barrier. Housekeeping service was great, the room attendants on floor 3 made sure we had clean towels and serviced our room every other day. The Daily Breakfast included was simple but tasty and well prepared by the team. The 24hour coffee and tea station was a plus+++; Very delightful after long hours spent touring in the cold weather of NJ. The shuttle drivers were very punctual; friendly, &helpful. Overall the stay was very pleasant and my family and I enjoyed it. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of all our needs ; keep up the great work!

I had a small issue. However, the assistant manager Jesenia resolved the issue immediately. I love the friendly customer service at the front desk and the facility. The breakfast is elaborate and has everything you may want.
