Staff members were very helpful and nice. The elevator smelled really funky and the hot water in the shower was scalding one second and freezing the next. The temperature in the room was 75, way too hot for me. We turned the thermostat down to 62 and it made absolutely no difference.

The room was clean, but the toilet got stopped up and wasn’t fixed until the next morning. The plumber promptly fixed it, but then it was left dirty.

Room was ok bed was uncomfortable,pillows flat. People running on the hallway couldn’t sleep. Counter girl had an attitude on the day I was going to check out. The lady that did my check in was very nice. The lady at the breakfast buffet also very nice. Some housekeeping were rude,I ask for a towel and she was mad and I said thank you and she didn’t respond. Another housekeeper very rude when I was going to take the elevator she got mad and said take the other elevator. I didn’t mind but it was the rudeness and how she talked to me. Pls let’s not forget all of them using their cell phone on speaker you can hear the conversation and playing music. Like seriously I’m trying to sleep and rest very disappointed and will not recommend or staying again also pls provide with vegan or dairy free food/drinks for guests even if we have to pay extra. Some people are allergic to.

Our room was never serviced despite the property advertising every other day servicing, even when I requested it, no one cleaned the room. There room next to us had 2 puppies that kept barking and crying at night.
