Have stayed here many times. Keep coming back as this hotel is by far one of the best in Melbourne. Location is amazing, close to shopping, casino, restaurant, etc. super clean and comfortable. Easy check in and staff are always kind and friendly. The bar is pretty cool and the meals at the restaurant are good. Really can’t find anything negative about this acc. It’s why I keep coming back again and again.

Very disapointed. I pay for breadfast today. The ham and salami was off. I told one of the workers. But chef replace the salame.dark brown salami,but the white off ham was ok. I went to talk to team leader. I told him ,rhey can make people very sick. A few others people complainning each other too. When they saw me talking to team leader. Chef change the ham.. i had been in novohotel cairns ,soo nice food everything another level.. this hotel need a profesional. Clean chef. Because your novohot with off food it was a disgusting experience..

stayed at this hotel last night and gave it three stars. While the hotel was clean and acceptable, it felt very basic considering the price. There were no facilities such as a pool or spa, and the room did not include a bathtub. Basic amenities like a toothbrush, bathrobe, or slippers were also not provided. Overall, the stay was okay, but for the price, we expected more comfort and amenities.
