The experience was awesome. Super easy to walk into the Convention centre. The Conceirge "George" was truly exceptional. He was extremely helpful, showing me how to use the tram network and his enthusiasm for his job was infectious.

The decoration is nice, pretty new hotel with great view of Yarra river. The facilities however is not as perfect. The wifi is poor, shower head is average. Dental kits are not to the quality expected by Novotel. I arranged Dessert Platter prior to our arrival from the hotel via email and confirmed via phonecall, but it seems still misscommunication within the hotel as I did not receive them until I spoke with the staff at reception. At the time of conversation, it's probably too late to stick to the original plan. The staff kindly arranged some compensation measures, which were still great; however, this process should have been much easier as I believe everything is clearly communicated beforehand.
