Great stay. Well located to many food and shopping options. Great room, clean, well appointed and spacious. The only thing I believe they could do to improve would be to provide toiletries in the room like shower caps etc, or offer them at checkin. Otherwise, could not fault the property.

This is about the most convenient hotel to stay in if you are coming to MCEC. I stayed in Pan Pac last year and decided to try Novotel this year when I came for the same conference. As far as convenience for the purpose of the conference, It's about as good as it gets. Similar to Pan Pac, it has dedicated entrance to the MCEC, such that you don't even need to be in the elements. Everything is functional and business like. There is a restaurant and bar at Level 6. A reasonable gym (no view though) at level 5. Room is extremely clean and spacious. Service staff is competent and closed to being invisible.
