For a hotel right next to the airport, they need to cater better for travellers who have lost luggage, or are delayed in transit. Apart from toothpaste and toothbrushes, they had nothing else to offer, nor was there a lot to purchse from their convenience store.

Very easy free safe parking. Lot was well-lit. Staff at front desk was very helpful and friendly and pointed out that there is coffee 24-7 and the hours for breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Even though the air train ran right outside it was very quiet inside. Temperature in room was fine. Two places to sit and plenty of space in the dresser even though I didn't unload. I used one of the menus displayed in the lobby to order a chef's salad from Pizza 2000 although there were sandwiches and other options ready-made to order. Shower in morning warmed up quickly. Grab bar in shower. My only suggestion is to add some ant- fall strips as the shower floor gets slippery from the shampoo and conditioner. Easy check-out Coffee excellent. I wish there were a few more fruit and yogurt selections although they did have eggs and chicken sausage patties. Staff kept the breakfast room immaculate and kept up the food supply. A plus plus to Hampton Inn. I prefer staying with this chain due to quality of room and excellent breakfasts.
