Don’t stay here unless you have to!!! Our room reeked of smoke, even though there are multiple postage signs around, saying no smoking. luckily, we were out for most of the time and only had to really sleep at the hotel and not spend a second more than we had to there because the second day we came back the room next to us, the door was left open and sounded like there was a child screaming all night. extremely sketchy. There was no hot water coming from the tap unless you had the shower on which is completely weird. The staff were fine, but just an overall extremely sketchy place did not look like the pictures at all and do not recommend, especially because the room was not very clean nor the linens were ideal very thin and the worst pillows ever.

This hotel was not as picture and in fact after viewing the room we could not stay. We walk in, decided to go to dinner and think about it and could not go back. We called, they did not answer. We messaged them and went back the next day to return the keys. We asked for our deposit and second night refunded. We are still waiting for that to happen.

First off, it's advertised and Inn at the Waterfront but is actually an Econolodge. Front desk and maintenance were fine. The room was not clean, there was a rag and Pledge left in the room. The first room we were assigned had to have maintenance come because one wall's electric didn't work. Moved to the next room and it was also dirty but at least the electric worked. There is no breakfast as stated in their ad. The rooms are old and in need of general updates and the housekeeping is sub par. There was gunk all over the hairdryer and wall around it, toothpaste on walls, floors were not mopped only swept, and the drawers were not wiped out.

Rebranded & Rundown

I will start with the good before I get to the bad. The bathroom had a nice tall toilet with a choice on how much water to use when you flush. It is just off the 405, so that was nice. That's the best of it. This is a rebranded Econolodge which still has the Econolodge sign. There was only a printed banner near the entrance to identify this as our hotel. It is very old and really not updated. They do not offer king beds. There are no employees onsite between 10pm and 7am, which isn't good, especially if you have an issue with room keys after 10pm. In fact we went to get something from the vending machines in the office and they had the doors locked at 9:45pm. Our shower had a leak from behind lthe wall. The room smelled musty. If you just needed to stay for a night, it is a serviceable hotel. When we went to check out in the morning at 8:45am, there was a sign on the office door stating they would be back at 9:00am. We ended up leaving our hotel keys in our room and left. Fortunately that didn't cause us any issues. I think I'm being fairly generous with a 3 star review. I will not chose to stay here for any future trips to the Seattle area.

Dont stay there unless u abouslety have too. Shady staff them people up there busted. The security deposite is not worth the stay for that raggide ishh they got up there. The place is for basers. Ill.never go there again

Not too good, very noisy and not clean, inside or outside. I reported on my second day (too late first night) that the chain on the door was broken and the hair dryer did not work (4 night stay) and they never fixed either and they never cleaned the room my entire stay

There doors were busted and we couldn’t get into the room. We were moved to a different room and we had a hard time getting in to that room as well. There was police and people smoking around the area when there are no smoking zones. Multiple screaming children and police were around the area the whole time i was there. The staff were rude and disrespectful they didn’t care about my concerns and when asked for a refund they said they aren’t suppose too. I was extremely concerned for my child and myself. The place was covered in trash and the rooms were in terrible condition.
