I had to leave because it was too loud. I called someone but noone was at the front desk. I left but couldn’t talk with anyone. I had to go to a different hotel at the night. Is there a way for me to get my money back. I even have a video. Thank you

Awesome all around👌

I was very pleased with the room. My first time at a Days hotel. Despite the hotel saying I had booked two rooms when I only meant to book one… my first attempt to book did not send a confirmation - so I re did the booking and only realized the first attempt did go through when I got to the hotel. The second room was deleted. The front desk was very calming as I was beside myself at my error. The shower in the room was huge. It was quiet and i slept like a rock👍👍👍👍👍👍

Property was nice and well kept overall. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't open yet & didn't know it was an outdoor pool. The room was clean and well dressed, however, it had a yucky musty smell. The continental breakfast was very basic and only protein available was hard boiled eggs that were not fresh and had a weird after taste. Receptionist was very hard to understand and not the friendliest. Otherwise it was good for what we needed.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend, we had been here before a few years ago and remembered the cleanliness of this hotel. The beds are clean and comfortable, although I would recommend bringing your own pillows because theirs are strangely small. The room was clean, well stocked with necessities. It’s a cool April weekend, so when we got there the heat was off but it did not take long for the room to warm up. Good choices for TV channels. Location is great, close enough to Newport but far enough you stay away from the nonsense. We will be back!
