Top Hotel

2 guys on the reception were very friendly and we had a good laugh. Excellent value. Bang on Hyde Park and just a few minutes' walk to The Royal Albert Hall for my night out. Only problem was that I didn't know Hyde Park closes at night, and I had to walk around it to get home. I made up for my disappointment of having to walk further the night before, by shouting at a Snobby Sloane and her daughter, to pick up her dog's turd, whilst they were pretending not to notice it was having a plop, in Hyde Park.

The main thing is that there was a special incident that happened at the front desk. The attitude of the staff during check-in was very different. They did not interact with the guests and did not know the basic manners of normal people. This is the area where they most urgently need to learn and improve. Another interesting encounter, the room I was given was a dungeon and a confined space with no windows, which was a strange experience. A hotel is supposed to be a place that provides services, but the waiters were indifferent and did not make the guests feel at home. Every day when I return to the hotel, I am terrified of the looks of the waiters. Their attitude is as if they only know how to do their own things and not provide any service, and they hope that the guests will try not to harass them. With this attitude, will the guests consider coming again? add a photo is error,but I want to send a photo for you.

Todo el piso de nuestra habitación estaba en construcción, había gente trabajando y era de difícil acceso además del polvo, materiales de construcción etc. El seguro de nuestro cuarto no funcionaba, se lo reportamos al personal y su respuesta fue “No se preocupe igual nadie entra”, y también la secadora no funcionaba.

Property looked like it was under construction. Lobby and bar was very nice. The rooms were very underwhelming. The male reception staff were not very friendly and barely offered a smile. I’d stay here in a pinch, as the location was great

We’ve stayed at Central Park before, it’s in such a good spot to explore London and everything you need is literally on the doorstep. The staff are always amazing, so courteous, friendly and helpful. The room this time was a bit tired but the hotel is undertaking a refit. Would highly recommend

Very tiny room's with no natural air (ventilation) so suffocating. Room has very thin walls. You could hear everything from next room . Staff is not corporated - unprofessional. Never Again !

I stayed in the new refurbished room, and it was very lovely, nice amenities and bathroom. I knew about the noise that would be happening before hand and it doesn’t bother me. The staff were friendly and the overall stay was pleasant, especially for the price!

Great hotel near Queensway tube. Comfortable room although the room did smell a bit musty/damp. Excellent cooked breakfast with lots of choice.

Excellent location in Kensington . Shops close by,tube station close by, beautiful area, clean streets. The hotel is going through some refurbishment but we were notified of this by the hotel before arrival. We didn’t experience any disturbance to our stay at all. The staff were very helpful and very friendly and the hotel is beautifully clean. Our room did have a slight ‘smell’ which we put down to a lack of ventilation in the small shower/ toilet. There was a fan but unless this was kept on all the time there is no way it can clear the damp smell all day long. The new style of furnishings are lovely, however, the bed creaked! A lot! Every time we moved!
