The hotel is in an amazing location! Located right in the heart of the shops and restaurants. We walked to the Cliff walk and the mansions, which was really fun. The hotel itself needs some updating and work. The restaurant was closed due to a water issue.

Great location. Unfortunately the city shut the water off for several hours one day (not the hotel's fault and they provided us with a breakfast of either a croissant or a yogurt as compensation). Because the water was shut off, it was very rusty when it came back on. In the middle of the night a water main burst and again no water and again not the hotels fault. Parking was free which was nice. Staff did their best!

The location was great. I was offered an upgrade from my harbor view room to harbor view with walk out. I ended up with looking at a shed. They sent me back $9, but I paid for a harbor view?

Location, location, location….but that’s it!!!!

Great location and a phenomenal indoor pool-but that was it. Terrible restaurant, rooms super old, Wi-Fi didn’t work reliably, TV channels kept falling out,tv looked like it was from 2000s, sketchy tiny elevators…….if you want a VERY convenient place to stay right in the middle of Newport-this is the SPOT, but if any modern decor/restaurant/ammenities-this is not your spot

The property was in a great location and staff were friendly and polite howere there were many extra fees. $35 a day parking fee and then A $35 a day "resort" fee. When i inquired what was included in resort fee i was told teo xans of water and a free coffee at their dining room. My water was not even replaced for my socind day. These fees are on top of regularly charged hotel fees and taxes. Room wax small and two doors down from lobby and elevator.

The location of this hotel is great! Unfortunately, the walls are so thin in the rooms that we could hear every little thing from the people above us and next to us, that we did not get any sleep!
