Great experience!!

The view was amazing! The room was very clean, spacious and everything we hoped for! The balcony was amazing. The grounds are beautiful, will definitely come back again!

The hotel is due to be upgraded in 2026, as it doesn't have some basics like extractor fans in the bathrooms. Location is dead central and noise not a problem. Shout out to. receptionist Sebastian who was a whirlwind at resolving issues. Nice staff and fabulous town.

Staff very friendly, great area . Room not very clean. There was green toothpaste on the tissues our whole visit. ( not from us, we had white toothpaste) Not an issue at all but we found odd there was a room next to us that had no entrance from the hallway, no room # but a connecting door in our room.

Very convenient property for Newport. Nice to be able to park and walk everywhere. Very nice staff and rooms on the water offer a nice spot to relax and watch the sunrise in the morning.

My room was changed at check in from a king size bed to twins the AC unit was very loud we were in room 112 which is beside the staff exit door which started slamming at 7:00 in the morning there were people parting until 2:00 am on the back lawn so needless to say we didnt get much sleep

While this property is in an excellent location, it is very dated and older feeling. Pool looks dirty and the pool area is not maintained well. Not only do they charge a $35 "resort" fee per night, they now charge $35 per night for parking. Very steep for the condition of the hotel...
