The restaurant was nice and the food was great, with prices comparable to surrounding restaurants. I would recommend you try it at least once. The hotel is well kept and the st staff was very friendly and professional.

Hotel was exceptionally clean in all areas. Breakfast buffet was excellent for the price. Room was quiet and comfortable. One drawback was lack of space for storing clothes. Would definitely recommend this location!

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and finished in a very attractive manner. Staff was courteous. My only comment would be that it would have been helpful when moving luggage if both sets of entry doors were automatic rather than just the outer set.

This is a very well-managed and well-maintained property. Everything was clean and orderly. Mattress was firm but comfy, bedding fresh and crisp, bathroom fully supplied and with a very large shower, housekeeping was thorough and even willing to wait and come back when we were still hanging out in the room. All of the staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient. The pool was clean, big enough to do some actual swimming, and warm. Parking very easy even with events going on in the hotel. Short easy drive to the center of Newport (and there is a shuttle available if you don't want to hassle with parking). My only qualm was the breakfast, where guests are charged extra for the same barely adequate buffet food that cheaper motel chains include in the price. Fortunately, there's a pretty good place just down the road with large freshly cooked food at a lower price. Otherwise this was a great stay.
