Smelly Room in Newport News!!

The refrigerator in the room didn't work and I didn't know it until the next morning when I went to get something out it and everything was warm. the room had a terrible musty smell to it. Even the night manager said the same thing. I asked if I could get a late check out as my flight wasn't leaving until 6 PM tonight and they told me know and that I would have to call Expedia. Terrible customer service.

No AC the whole night. Refused us any compensation for our discomfort. The pool was okay and breakfast was provided. The room was clean, the stay would have been great not for the AC not working and the staff handling the issue poorly. Expedia on the other hand was great. The property had to hear from expedia for taking any action.

The bed was terrible, we were not impressed by it and the comfort was lacking. You could also see the outside through the screw holes where they had replaced the air condition unit but did not fill the holes. The room also felt wet like it needed to be dehumidified. The breakfast was good, but we were looking forward to using the Nestle speciality coffee machine and it was of course not working and there was no sign indicating it was not working.
