I had kill a roach in the room. The room was not clean. I pulled the night stand out to get to plug and empty bag of chips on the floor. Lobby was dirty with construction. The Lobby was very hot NO AIR-CONDITIONING WORK.. I wand some of my money back on this Stay. This is not good place to stay. I can not make this up. If it was not for the access to good food restaurants around and stores to eat and shop this would not been good.

Not a family atmosphere.

The hotel was unappealing. It was not a clean place to stay. The bedding had cigarette burns on them. The floors were filthy. The bathroom towels and wash clothes had stains on them. The room really needs to be updated.

Dirty room, old and run down. Stains on the floor, just dirt everywhere. Staff was nice but for the money and where The Inn was located, I was expecting more. Will not be staying at that Inn again.

Frankly, we're relieved we spent so little time in

Our recent stay was, to put it mildly, an exercise in patience and low expectations. From the moment we arrived, the front desk experience set a concerning tone. The initial desk agent was dismissive and uninterested, barely acknowledging our presence. This lack of engagement continued with the subsequent employee; neither seemed inclined to assist the considerably long line of waiting guests. Our first attempt to address an issue – a scorching hot refrigerator, a concern we tried to report via phone within their stipulated 15-minute window with no success – required another trek back to the desk. When the new shift finally took over, the replacement agent, while addressing us, unfortunately chose to badmouth her predecessor, which was entirely unprofessional and unhelpful. The "service" continued at a glacial pace, a recurring theme throughout our stay. As for breakfast, it was largely non-existent, offering little more than hot water and a few granola bars. Upon finally receiving a replacement for our faulty fridge, we discovered the towels provided were notably stained. Our neighbors, whom we met due to shared frustrations, were dealing with a non-functional toilet. To top it all off, the bottom of our room door was broken, preventing it from closing properly. Frankly, we're relieved we spent so little time in the room. The overall experience was truly abysmal.

I wait an hour after checking in time 3:00 pm to get access to the room, the room floor were filthy, the bath tub was dirty. Not enough personal and a long lane to check in.
