Best Breakfast

Lovely overnight stay during Bank Holiday weekend. We had a room on the 9th floor which gave us a beautiful river view. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, we have stayed in many other Belfast hotels and the Hilton’s breakfast is by far the best. Good variety to choose from. Photos are only from my breakfast, my hubby had a full cooked breakfast with freshly poached eggs.

Reception cannot be faulted for check-in and check-out. Breakfast in the restaurant standard hotel buffet fare but helpful staff and no problems getting a table. I ordered food in the bar one evening which took a long time to arrive and then the waiter took it to the wrong table - but the food and drink were fine notwithstanding that. I'd stay here again.

Great Stay, Disappointing Breakfast Experience

We enjoyed the overall stay - the location is great, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. That said, the breakfast experience was a let-down. We paid almost £20 per person, but it wasn’t mentioned to us that breakfast would be closing in just 15 minutes. By the time we got our coffee and sat down, the buffet was physically closed off. While we did manage to grab a plate of food, there was no chance to go back for anything else — something that’s normally part of the experience at a hotel breakfast. For the price, it simply wasn’t worth it. A quick heads-up from staff could have easily prevented the disappointment.

Great service and location

Great staff - from Paul at the front desk, to John’s help with the bags and taxi, to Shiva and the rest of the bar staff, just great all around. The beds were pretty hard, but otherwise the rooms were great too. And very well located.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks especially to Paul who greeted us when we arrived very early, stored our baggage and gave us map and overview of the city. He was very welcoming to us and our children, a great ambassador for the hotel and city.
