Comfy beds, not a very relaxing spa area so pleased we hadn't come for a spa day! Especially the spa cafe, loud music instead of spa music and just overall a little noisier than you want if you have come for a spa day. Breakfast wasn't great, beans were not filled up the whole time and waited but couldn't get anyones attention to ask for more, coffee absolutely foul too. The tables are also so close together that I had someone's butt in my face when trying to eat as he had come over to another table to speak to friends. Jacuzzi bath was lovely, the grounds are really pretty and there is a lot to do. Although I'm not in a hurry to come back I do think my kids would love it. Overall it's about what I expected for the price, could definitely do with a refurb in some areas

We arrived tired after travelling most of the day but found that we had made an error on the booking. Abbie on reception took it upon herself to sort out the error and advised us to relax in the bar while she sorted it out.
