THE HOTEL NEEDS A GOOD CLENSE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.IT IS IN A NOISEY ROAD .THE CARPET WAS DIRTY AND NEEDED A DEEP CLEAN .THE SLIDING DOOR TO THE BATHROOM HAD FOOD STAINS ON IT AND THE OUTSIDE DOOR WAS COVERED IN COFFEE STAINS .THE ONLY PLUS WAS THE LOO FLUSHED OKAY AND THE ROOM DID HAVE HOT WATER .WE WERE EXPECTED TO USE THE SAME TOWELS FOR THE FIVE DAYS WE WERE AT THE HOTEL .WE WOULD ADVISE TO PAY A BIT EXTRA FOR A DECENT HOTEL .LUCKY THE WEATHER WAS GOOD SO THAT WE WERE OUT ALL DAY
It is a good job it was for one night , when offering your low prices you must be more specific with your presentation , I will be cautious in future when booking with yiour Company , I might look for ISTANBUL soon , but it has to be OK
The room was awful. We had to check out straight away as the room was unclean, and had very poor facilities. The entire hotel stank of urine.
I will never use this hotel again.

Clean good location good price, staff ok not great
Nice hotel close to shopping stores and restaurant
I have to ask for a glass for me and my friend so we could brush our teeth. No face towel, no bar soap, just 2 small packets of liquid soap for bath.

You get what you paid
The room is full of rubbish. Used tissue papers, KFC bags, shower gel on the floor and even condom. Besides there are dirty sheet, broken safe deposit box and door. Amazing. The hotel change the room for us after we complained on that. But what else do you expect for such a low price? By the way, the hotel is just 2 or 3 mins walk from the main street and the toilet is clean.
The dirtiest hotel I've ever seen, I didn't want to have breakfast in their restaurant and when I asked on reception can take just coffee they told me " No you have to pay €8 for breakfast , we can't give you only coffee". I was mad when I received answer like this, but they made me a favor, because I when to a better place. Do yourself a favor and the moment you see the name of this hotel just skip it..
The hotel is dated.Carpet needs deep wash and clean. The bed sheets had one or two hairs from unknown donors, although were clean. The T.V. does not come with a remote so I had to get up every time I wanted to change the channel. In the bathroom a soap was left in the bath from the previous occupants. Our toilet leaked when flushed.Although they said there was a certain way you had to hold the flash handle!!! Careful with the plugs as they come off the wall and not attached properly.
I wasn't informed about the breakfast on arrival. There was no information notices.I found out from the hotel website they offer a french breakfast of 4 euros and a more full breakfast of 8 euros. There was no-one to observe what breakfast you got but we had what the french offer was.In the end the owner said they don't do that anymore and I have to pay 16 euros.I told him about the website and he couldn't believe it.So,the information was contradicting.
There weren't any of the door tags you normally get to say ''don't enter'',''don't clean'',etc. There wasn't any info on what number to dial to get to reception.
It was extremely hot (34 degrees) and no fan.We kept the windows open but couldn't sleep as the street busy and noisy throughout the night.

Not Reccomended
The best part of this hotel was that it was 2-3 blocks from the train station. It was fine for what we used it for: an overnight in Nice due to an early flight out the next morning. Its an easy walk from the train station and there are busses that go to the airport for about 1.5 Euro, vs a 40 Euro cab ride. The hotel keeps the doors locked at all times, you need to be buzzed in and out. The surrounding area is not great - I didn't feel very safe at night. The hallways were sometimes loud, the room was clean - we had to upgrade to a room with AC because it was July in Nice and it was hot. Its about 2 blocks from the main road which will take you down to the old city, which is about a 15-20 minute walk. The service was ok - not overly friendly but helpful. I think there are probably places in the same area that are nicer at comparable rates. The pictures of this hotel online felt misleading.
Room was small old and noisy. Shower had such an awful smell in drain we had to ask them to put something in it. Room was right on the road and the noise went all right long did not get any sleep in the 4 nights we stayed there. Had to leave the window open because the airconditioning was extra, 15 euro per night which was not in the advised price. No English speaking TV at all. I suggest if you are Australian or English this would not be suitable for you there are plen to choose from much better
As most posts had commented on the condition I had my expectations set low. Staff were very nice and rather patient while an Australian couple complained ahead of me. Rooms are small which is fine, but the toilet leaked sewer water and smelled of methane while the shower doors were rusted right off their tracks. The noise from the street is intense so you have to keep the windows closed and enjoy the methane.
The main positive of this hotel beyond being very cheap is the incredible location it provides. Dozens of restaurants from fast food to nice sushi bars are just a three minute walk away. On top of that, the tram station is right next to the hotel and the train station is only a five minute walk. Location wise in Nice, this is the BEST. The condition of the hotel itself though is not good at all. BUT there is a big negative to this hotel as well. During our stay, the electricity didn't work in our room for about half the time. When I tried to plug in the TV, the electricity for the entire 4th floor was knocked out. The bathrooms are tiny and the showers don't work very well. We had a puddle of water on our bathroom floor the entire time we stayed there. The room also had a bad smell that we couldn't quite identify. The beds were small and pretty uncomfortable. The only thing we could imagine being worse about the room is bugs, but thankfully there were none. Other rooms in the hotel were much nicer than ours though, just make sure you avoid room 405 at all costs.
I enjoyed my stay here friendly staff only a five minute walk to the train station so if yor arriving or departing this is a good choice. Clean rooms and overall for the orice i was satisfied!
The room was small and simple but it was located a straight walk from the beach old town and centre all worth a look. The staff seem friendly and the price was good, however I did email about an item left in the room and received no reply.
Staff were very helpful. Hotel is ageing, but the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. For what we paid the overall experience was more than acceptable. If we wanted any more, we'd have to had paid a lot more as well.
If you want to stay in a ghetto this hotel is for you... the area is dangerous, you feel like you gonna get attack all the time and dont even talk about the night... About the hotel... The worst customer service I ever get in a hotel. The guy at the front desk is so rude and he start yelling at me in front of everybody because he want me to leave a key at the desk if I went out... For your safety and for a happy traveling, dont stay at this hotel never...
Usually hotels dont ask you for the printed confirmation, but this one does and if you dont have it printed even if its under your name and have a passport or you remember the reservation number you have to pay for some foolish paperwork (5 euros).
Then there is only 3 rooms in the whole hotel with cold climate and you have to pay for it (15 euros p/night) otherwise if you are in the rest of the rooms you can have a fan for 10 euros a night.
The clerk is not at all friendly, and you cannot feel welcomed in the hotel.
Once we arrived to the room, I sat down in the bed and it broke, yes, it was broken and they didnt change us of room.
The room smells like a motel. I am pretty sure you dont want this kind of hotel, we went for another one even better and closer to the beach.

Good budget hotel
This is a budget hotel, it was one of the cheapest at the time of booking. It's near to the tram and bus lines and a short walk from the train station. There is good night life surrounding and the main shopping road is just round the corner, if you want to go to the old town or the beach then either tram it or hop on a bus or take a plesent 30 minute perisian walk through the streets. The hotel is basic and old but sheets were clean and bathroom was good. The room did not have Air con so was very hot but this was ok as it was one night and it reminded me I was in a hot place!

The location was dingy and far from things, the room was pretty tacky and the shower was kind of broken. You get what you pay for. If you need a cheap room and don't care about quality, go for it.
