The room was very clean, and the bathroom and floor mat were also clean. The TV was good; it could connect to Netflix and YouTube. The staff was nice. However, there was no USB outlet, so you have to bring your own USB plugs. The bed was comfortable, and despite being near the airport, the room was very silent. It is also very close to the outlet mall. Breakfast was not included. Overall, my experience staying here was good.

We stayed here as we moved out of country. Rooms are nice beds are comfortable, food is delicious. However walls are thin , we could hear every sneeze, footstep and breath from the person above us. We used the shuttle first thing which was on time - however the driver was incredibly rude. I travelled alone with a child, med size dog and 10 suitcases ( I left the country with those suitcases only) Not once did he leave the vehicle to attempt to help or speed the process up, he was rude and looked annoyed he even helped to put the suitcases in the spot on the van. Once at airport he handed me every suitcase from the top if the stairs while I ran back and forth in the snow, across a lane stalling traffic- with a dog on a leash and child waiting on the curb. I still thanked him and this man had the audacity to start muttering “ oh yes thank you thank you thank you” in a tone that was very clear he didn’t want gratitude, was annoyed and wanted a tip, so he very outwardly made it clear- to which I very clearly told him he was rude and not helpful from the second he started his shift ( we seen him in the lobby as we were also waiting for the shuttle, he relieved the guy that brought the shuttle) I can assure you as a veteran that served this country, this new ‘citizen’ was incredibly rude and entitled, and I am appalled at the treatment. Not what I expect from anything related to bon voy Marriott. Will not stay here again .
