The one night stay at this Japanese onsen hotel was very pleasant. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is only 20 minutes by bullet train from Kanazawa train station. Hotel provided free shuttle pick up from the Kaga Onsen train station.

A relaxing hotel

The staff there was very nice and helpful. There was an English speaking staff member. The room was very spacious and clean. The dinner and breakfast were wonderful. There's local shops, but no shopping centers. A good place to just relax.

近くで主人の仕事があったため、利用させて頂きました。 車で伺ったのですが、駐車してる時から気にかけて頂き、予約名を伝えるとすぐ荷物を持って館内に案内してくださいました。 偶然空きがあったとのことで、部屋のグレードをあげてくださいました。 ちょうど新緑の時期ということもあったので、露天からの景色がとてもよかったです。 従業員さんの数が限られているのか、皆さん忙しく動かれていたのですが、接客は素晴らしかったです。 流石良い旅館だなと思いました。 様々なサービスがあったのですが、主人の仕事の都合上利用できなかったものもあるため、また次伺う際は館内でゆっくり過ごしたいなと思いました。 また利用させていただきます。

旅館内でも楽しめるサービスがあったり、周辺を散歩できたり、ゆっくりのんびり出来る所が良い。 部屋の展望露天風呂もいつでも楽しめて良い。 スタッフも親切で丁寧なのも良い。 3年ぶりに訪れましたがすごくリラックスできて良かったです。
